We use a combination of in-house developed tools and few third party tools to assist us in the development process, be it a new development or a service. The tools assists us in the clients requirement capturing, in development and testing.
Spade Work
ZSL's own in-house developed product to capture clients requirements in Product/ Project Requirement document, from which our team will generate various documents like Software Requirement Document, Software Design Specification and Software Test Plan. All these documents are inter-linked for ZSL team to work in a collaborative fashion.
Changes are inevitable. Spadework helps the development team to track any changes from requirement phase to delivery phase. Any changes made in any document will reflect in other related documents, which will help to deal with the impact on those changes.

Developer Dash Board
In development, there needs to be a set of tools to take care of collaborating the code, version control and deployment. ZSL felt the need and developed in-house a suite of products to take care of this need. ZSL's Developer Dash Board consists of 15 independent tools, to assist and control the development activities.
