ZSL's Microsoft Dynamics GP SOP is a dynamic add-on component designed and developed to provide a complete and cost effective solution to automatically generate orders remote from the GP application and then update the sales order into GP. You can create and automatically generate sales order in Excel, Web Forms and Windows Mobile from a remote location and later update the orders to GP. This cost effective solution significantly

• fastens order creation process
• ensures the availability of inventory details at the right time to meet the customer needs
• reduces the time and effort involved in creating the sales orders
• reduced manual dependency and errors

With our Microsoft Dynamics GP SOP application you need not create any manual sales orders for the list of items to be packed and shipped to various customers. The SOP application automatically creates the sales order items to be shipped to the different customers, using an Excel template.

Overview of ZSL’s Microsoft Dynamics GP SOP Functioning

ZSL provides Microsoft Dynamics GP SOP solution as a four set of editions:

• Microsoft Dynamics GP SOP Integration: Our SOP application is plugged-in to the GP application, which creates an Excel template. You can fill the Excel with sales order and feed it to SOP, which updates the sales order into Microsoft Dynamics GP
  
  

  Microsoft Dynamics GP SOP Excel Integration: You will be provided with an Excel template. You can create a sales order in the Excel and update the sales order by clicking a button available in the Excel. Thus you can integrate the created sales order into GP.
  
  
• Microsoft Dynamics GP SOP Excel Outlook Integration: Your Outlook is provided with an option button to integrate the sales order into GP. Whenever you receive an Excel file carrying a sales order through Outlook, you can click the option button to integrate and update the sales order into Microsoft Dynamics GP.
  
  
• Microsoft Dynamics GP SOP Windows Scheduler: This Windows Scheduler will automatically integrate your sales order received to your Outlook inbox into the Microsoft Dynamics GP, in timely fashion. The Windows Scheduler is based on a powerful business rule to identify the sales orders received to your Inbox.

Microsoft Dynamics GP Excel JE Upload

ZSL’s Microsoft Dynamics GP Excel JE Upload is a dynamic add-on component that provides cost effective solution to import journal entries created in Excel straight away into General Ledger as a batch without the interface, Integration Manager. You can upload the data in the Excel file to a general Journal batch. You can also upload data from the pre-defined template of Excel file to general Journal batch. This is an add-on product can be integrated and accessed from the “General Ledger” menu under “Periodic Activities”.
