ZSL Showcased EARLY DETECTION
MONITOR (EDM) at CES to Consumer Electronics'
manufacturers, retailers and service providers. ZSL has
recognized the gap between returns and defectives to be
an area of improvement for customer satisfaction with
products and to lower costs for both dealers and
manufacturers.
ZSL has put a lot of
activity in place to analyze and address the high costs
associated for dealers and manufactures with returns. EDM
allows quicker changes to manufacturing procedures
(running earlier production changes) and
Dealers/Distributors reducing excessive failures before
the majority of potentially defective items are sold to
consumers, helps to minimize the potential failures and
reduce future warranty cost.
